Ryvve 2.3: Drive Achievements & Events That Find You
Earn badges for the miles you put in, and discover events rebuilt around where you actually are — plus smoother drives and RSVPs across the board.
Ryvve 2.3 is here, and it does two things we've wanted for a while: it gives all those miles you've logged something to show for themselves, and it makes finding the next meet feel effortless. Here's the rundown.
Your drives now earn you badges
Say hello to Drive Achievements. Every drive you've ever logged now counts toward a collection of badges across six categories — total distance, drives logged, elevation climbed, streaks, your longest single drive, and time behind the wheel.
Each category has tiers to work through, from your first drive all the way up to the milestones only the truly committed will hit. A progress bar shows exactly how close you are to the next badge, so there's always a reason to take the long way home. Open them from your Drive Stats page and see where you stand — chances are you've already earned a few.
And yes — achievements are free for everyone. Your drive heatmap and Year in Review also got clearly labeled homes, so the best parts of your driving story are easier to find.
Events that find you
We rebuilt event discovery around where you actually are:
- Feeds near you. Home and discovery feeds now load the events around your location first — and they load noticeably faster.
- A map that keeps up. Pan anywhere and the map pulls in the events for that area. Scouting meets in another city before a trip? Just drag the map there.
- Search that knows where you are. Results rank by distance, so the Cars and Coffee across town beats the show three states over.
- Calendar discovery. The Discover view in your calendar runs on the same near-you feed.
- It remembers. Browse a different city and Ryvve keeps your spot for next time.
Less scrolling past events you'll never drive to. More finding the one that's fifteen minutes away this Saturday.
And a smoother ride everywhere
The fix list is a good one this time around:
- Finishing a drive on spotty signal no longer leaves the summary screen spinning — your drive saves and moves on
- On Android, GPS shuts down the moment your drive ends, so Ryvve stops sipping battery in the background
- Squashed a crash that could hit when opening the RSVP sheet
- Tap a club invite before signing in and Ryvve now remembers, dropping you right back at the club once you're in
- Distances across the app are more consistent and accurate
Update from the App Store or Google Play, go collect a badge or two, and find your next meet — it's probably closer than you think. As always, thanks for riding with us.
