Parade | 9:00am. Harvest Festival & Car Show | 10:00am. MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Parade and Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 17th. The parade will start at Grand Oaks Elementary School, continue down Grand Oaks Boulevard, turn right onto Oak Forest Street and conclude at Rusch Park where we will host our Harvest Festival. Car Show & Trunk or Treat. Canine Costume Contest. Live Performances. Craft Fair Vendors.
